About this listen
What I thought I knew: in 1998, Maryanne Doyle disappeared, and Dad knew something about it. Maryanne Doyle was never seen again.
What I actually know: in 1998, Dad lied about knowing Maryanne Doyle. Alice Lapaine has been found strangled near Dad's pub. Dad was in the local area for both Maryanne Doyle's disappearance and Alice Lapaine's murder.

Great read
Great story, I wanted to keep listening to hear the story unfold. My only suggestion is tighter editing.

Love Caz Frear
Terrific story. I love the Author of these books and a new one in 10 days. The stories are bright and fun and wonderful to read. A series of interest and quite different from the norm.

Great story.
Very different from others in this genre and thoroughly enjoyable. Real characters with a twisty story well told.

Great story
The narrator did an absolutely brilliant job with the voice changes. Lots of twist and turns and unlike lots of crime novels I didn’t guess the ending. I highly recommend for a good read.

I didn't want to miss a word
I was on my way to a wedding, 6 hours from home, I was on my own and I thought the drive would stretch out seemingly forever...but it didn't..because I was completely hooked on Sweet Little Eyes...such a satisfying book, superbly read, great characters, plot...I just loved it, didn't want to miss a word and didn't want it to end.

The writing was brilliant. The original similes and metaphors were also brilliant.
At times, the story got a bit complicated, but there were many other aspects that compensated for this. What a change for the defective to be friendly with the boss. I shall read more by this author.

Twists and turns but believable and likeable.
Surprising twists in the story. I liked the main protagonist. Narration was brilliant. Will definitely look out for the next instalment.
