Brilliant read and read

I enjoyed the world building and the performance of the narrator was great. If you like shows like "the boys" or "invincible", this is that type of universe, even though the story so far is a bit inferior. Still, I'll be here for the sequel. Good job to the author for making a villain angle work.

Now it's done I can safely say I hated all the characters, even if some of them can be sympathetic. I also can't help but think the last chapter revealed a story I'd rather have listened to. That said it was vaguely entertaining, the story isn't bad, but without connecting to the characters I can't help but feel ambivalent.

Not BAD, but I wouldn't want to spend more time with the core cast.

While I am not a big fan of superhero themed stories, this one grabbed my attention and ran with it. Interesting, believable and flawed characters, plot twists and well written action.
