story had me worried

the polt had a part that was super easy to see coming and almost broke the seires for me as the plot turned into a "We know already how is the MC this dumb why are you punishing my focus ob this story." the end gave me more hope and will still buy the 8th. but i will not be relistening to the first half of this book

great read!

there were times when the ambient sounds from the narrator doing stuff could be heard and weird pauses that seem out of place, but other than that this was a great book and it had me completely engaged.

Good story, but....

For some reason the narrator keeps messing up his editing and repeats a lot of lines.

great series. narrator might need water tho lol

there is certain spots in book 7 that the narrator makes a weird dry mouth smacking sound. its kind of startling and brings you out of Emerson. can be easily cleaned with some editing

Finally, something less predictable.

much like my other reviews for the previous books, this one is best listen to while you're doing something else. However, much to my delight this one actually threw me for a loop in a few places. I've seen too many shows and movies, and I've read too many books to be surprised by all of the plot points. However there were a few moments inside the book where I was genuinely surprised and it made me rethink how the story was going to go. Thankfully though, this is still an easy-to-follow story that I can recommend for busybodies like myself.

Incomplete

The Summoner series is awesome! Being able to follow Grif through his trials and ordeals, his relationships and escapades provides real entertainment. However this book in the series kinda left me feeling like there should've been more. A lot more! More action, more development, more romance, more story! Looking forward to the next book in the series to hopefully fill in these gaps.

Hentai

This series seems to have devolved into a hentai story. There is a great amount of the MC doing just about every woman in the book. the story would be good if it was not dragged out amongst several book just to make rediculous amounts a sex happen.

Great book although...

This book was awesome it answered my questions and then only created more however there was a lot of unnecessary detail that just dragged the book on and on but other than that I loved it
