Great Book but not narrator

Really enjoyed the book, felt the constant comments in the book that the character was going to sell the chateau was annoying as it was clear that this wasn’t going to happen

Felt the narrator spoilt the experience with her performance

great story

Lovely story, found some of the reading/choice of voices a little slow, or maybe i was just impatient to hear the tale unwind. Will read again.

Sweet and very entertaining

Great story - great twists and turns - only down side was narration voices, the mens in particular were dreadful. I prefer audio books with straight narration, don’t see the need to ‘voice’ characters.
