You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life by Jen Sincero is a loose set of instructions about how to be happy. There was a time when Sincero felt dissatisfied with her choices and her financial situation, but she managed to turn things around by examining different areas of her life with an open mind. She knows that you can, too.
There's one prerequisite: belief. You need to sincerely believe that you have the power to change everything in your life with positive thoughts. You must also believe in God.
