Science of sugar
Not interested in the history or science or advertising of sugar. Already aware of the prevalence in our diet. Not a helpful book.
Very easy to understand
This is a good basic and fairly comprehensive book for people who are starting to get seriously into nutrition. It breaks down into two parts, why sugar is bad for you and what to eat instead.
Best choice I could have made
The author is very knowledgeable about the effects of sugar. There is a quiz you can take to find out if you are “addicted to sugar”, you learn how to detoxify you system, and the author offers a hefty amount of early recipes to avoid future consumption. A great book!
