About this listen
It started out like any other morning on the train - until I became mesmerized by the guy sitting across the aisle. He was barking at someone on his phone like he ruled the world. Who did the stuck-up suit think he was...God?
Actually, he looked like a god. That was about it.
When his stop came, he got up suddenly and left. So suddenly, he dropped his phone on the way out. I might have picked it up. I might have gone through all of his photos and called some of the numbers. I might have held on to the mystery man's phone for days, until I finally conjured up the courage to return it.
When I traipsed my ass across town to his fancy company, he refused to see me. So, I left the phone on the empty desk outside the arrogant jerk's office. I might have also left behind a dirty picture on it first, though.
I didn't expect him to text back.
I didn't expect our exchanges to be hot as hell.
I didn't expect to fall for him - all before we even met.

I really loved this book! Graham and Suraya have such an energy and force together, it’s hard to keep a smile off your face!
The sass and snark that Suraya gives Graham at each turn is fabulous and she doesn’t let him win!
There was great reference to Suraya feelings about Grahams daughter and how she didn’t want to come between the two and also to help provide Chloe with a mother and Father.
Distance and some strangers help her realise that Chloe would be blessed to have more adults in her life that love and care for her.
The narrators for this were just amazing and are going on my top listen list!
What a narration duo!

I wasn't expecting too much, but the story unfolds a bit like a b-grade porno, with a simpering female who finds the phone of a hot guy in a suit and then sends him boob, leg and butt selfies which turn him on and he subsequently pursues and gets her to fornicate with him. It does get better, and after about chapter 6 or 7 I started to enjoy it.
Good performance by Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell who sound good together.
