About this listen
Life Bite Series. We all at times go through some sort of struggle. It doesn't matter what it is, to us it is very real and we feel very much the implication of what that struggle means to us. Our struggle may be greater or lesser than those around us but that serves no place in how we feel nor how we deal with it.
The good news is that we are far more resilient than we think we are and we overcome it all and come out the other end ready to join life on better terms than before, even if in somewhat different ways. We need to be kinder (not softer) to ourselves for we are great people and have lots to offer.
