Under en kraftig storm over klippeøen Bornholm forsvinder en ung kvinde. Senere finder politiet et foto på det mørke internet af en letpåklædt kvinde i en læderstol. Hun har tydelige ligpletter på huden, og retsmediciner Nadja Udsen er sikker på, at kvinden er død. Ifølge Rigspolitiet er billedet taget på Bornholm, og Østergård får nu til opgave at lokalisere liget og finde frem til morderen.
