Well slept night
I haven't had the opportunity yet to test my confidence in public speaking, but I know I feel more relaxed thinking about the possibility. The recording helps me sleep but it didn't at first until I realized how to use it. It would be helpful if Audible would offer some guidelines how to use the recording, but I realized I don't have to listen to the whole thing at once. There are two main chapters that are about 50 minutes long. I select one and adjust the sleep timer in Audible app to stop at the end of the chapter. That way I won't wake up when the chapter changes or just for the annoyance that someone keeps speaking in your ear for hours. I sleep really well this way.

I used this nightly for a few weeks before I had to go before thousands and speak. I was terrified at the thought but this helped me greatly and I ended with a standing ovation!
