This audible is very well spoken for a beginner.

A thorough and dispassionate look at the evidence for the existence of an afterlife . It does not rely on one person's anecdotal experience which is typical of this genre, but is a serious exploration.

This audio book provides a very good basic.

I’ve hear a lot of these types of mindfulness and self-help books and this one was especially effective. In addition to giving an overview and the why of mindful living provide very practical advice for practicing it in your own life. I’ve recommended this audio book to a number of friends and family members!
