I was a bit sceptical when I first read it, but it really resonated with me. I felt she could reach into my mind and fully understand what's going on and 'why' I smoke. I thought it was just a habit, but it is so much more than that now. There are so many tools and techniques to help with quitting smoking and it does walk you through one step and a time.

I love the way it is presented; It feels as you are in a therapist room holding your hand as you go through all the processes of quitting, in a supported way that feels good (not like my other therapist!).

I have been a non-smoker now for one full week and I won't be going back! This book gave me the tools and techniques to quit for good and it is working! The cravings were gone within a few days and they were actually easy to deal with. I used some of the techniques.

There is also a free mp3 that you can listen to that comes with the book and it is a perfect refresher to listen to each night to help stay a non- smoker.

I have read several other books on stopping smoking and this is the one that will work!

Surprisingly good! Best quit smoking book

I didn't want yet another book that lectures you on how bad smoking is. This book is different! It even states, it isn't going to do that.

This audiobook felt calm, supportive and surprisingly practical. There is no shaming or pushing you into quitting now. Instead the author explains how smoking hooks you in a way that finally makes sense to me. Then gently walks you through the change process step by step. I felt like, this is at a perfect pace for me, now I understand what is really going on with my brain.

What I really liked the most was the tone. It felt like someone was sitting right next to you saying 'you are not stuck, this habit makes sense and here's the tools to undo it.' It actually made me feel less anxious about quitting, not more.

I have stopped smoking now and it has only been a few days, but I am the most confident I have ever been that this will stick. If you do want to quit and want any easier way to do it, then this is the book to listen to.

Finally, quitting feels possible even likely!
