Good info but hard to Listen

There are typos throughout this book, but if you listen through, it has good information. If you just listen the section headings that were bolded (or numbered), you can still get a lot out of it.

Food for Thought!

I rated this book for a couple of reasons. The first reason is because the book gives plenty of information Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Guided Meditation for Deep Sleep in details. Secondly, the book could be helpful to many people, in my opinion.

Overthinking can be bad for your health

I agree to a point. I would not consider myself an overthinker, I like the term natural planner. Although there have been times I have reasoned myself out of doing something I really wanted to do.

This book will help you become the best version

The author described overthinking in two forms: excessive rumination about what happened in the past and the constant worrying about the future. In other words, mindfully living in the present moment.
