This feels like a collection of techniques you could google or find on ChatGPT. It’s feels like a copy of a copy of a copy. No storyline, not engaging and nothing will stick. A good thing - it reminded me of some techniques I read about before. It is a lazy way to write a book, I t felt like background noise listening to it. I tried very hard to focus on it and only finished it because that is a goal I have with every book I start.
