Publisher's Summary

Sometimes heat can find you even in the depths of winter.

A couple of weeks ago, I was stolen from my home and forced to take part in an ancient fae ceremony; only someone made a mistake because I'm not fae, and if Winter's prince finds out, I'm dead.

When an unexpected twist suddenly narrows the Royal Selection to a razor's edge, the best that I can do is put my head down and try to survive, but the prince has other plans.

Part of me screams for me to keep him at arm's length, but the other part draws me closer to the brutally gorgeous fae, and it's going to get me killed.

He thinks I'm his soul mate, but that's impossible because I'm not even supposed to be here. So, why am I infuriatingly attracted to him? I need answers, only to get them, I'll have to play with fire and hope it doesn't burn us both alive.

Contains mature themes.

felt like re-reading the first...

the story really didn't move forward at all in this book, felt like the first and second book could have been condensed into one story.

Really enjoyable series so far

I have really enjoyed this series so far. It has an interesting story with likeable characters with depth to their personalities with a little romance and the narrator does a great job of bringing life to and differentiating individual characters.

I will absolutely be continuing this series and will buy more from this author and narrator if available.

This is Not an erotic novel disguised as a YA fantasy with a herem of 4 or as much as 8 guys and its really refreshing for this very reason. This story has only had embracing and maybe kissing twice over the two books. I much prefer this, and generally, I'm much more interested in the relationship with her female friends, I'd be happier without the guy in most YA fantasy.
