Eigentlich sollte man ja stolz darauf sein, seine Steuern entrichten zu dürfen. Sie dienen dem Gemeinwohl und zeigen, dass man ordentlich verdient hat. Doch viele sehen das nicht so, sie nutzen jede sich bietende Gelegenheit dazu, um möglichst viel von ihrer Steuerlast einzusparen. Was dem Fiskus vorenthalten bleibt, kommt ihnen selbst zugute. Sie nehmen sich das Recht dazu, weil vieles schier undurchschaubar erscheint und kaum nachzuvollziehen ist. Ob sie damit durchkommen, ist noch eine andere Frage, doch wenn sie es geschickt genug anstellen, klappt es auch.
Der Staat selbst lädt seine Bürger quasi zum Steuern sparen ein, weil manche Lücke im System klafft, die es nur möglichst kreativ zu nutzen gilt. Der eine oder andere wird ertappt und muss nicht nur mit hohen Nachforderungen rechnen, sondern zudem mit empfindlichen Strafen. Das gilt es, zu vermeiden, es gibt auch Möglichkeiten, die brave Steuerbürger nicht in Konflikt mit den Gesetzen bringen.
