Easily actionable information to change your diet and health trajectory. In 3 weeks I've totally changed my diet to whole foods and already noticed an improvement to my general well-being... and I didn't have to spend tons of time and $$ on finding exotic ingredients I'd never used before. I found this book helpful to validate my decision to go to Ketovore. Another good thing he isn't promoting one way of eating to another but Carnivor obviously works. I would love to have a consult with the Dr but time differences make that difficult!
The other thing I valued is Dr Philip using his journey to encourage hime to make changes for himself & do the research for self help & to help others. A good takaway, change your mindset, stop using the word diet! Loved the book, thank you Philip
