I read Stay in one day. I loved it. Jacob Morgan's narration was fantastic. I was a little disappointed though that the female narrator made Matt sound like a stoned surfer dude. However overall I really enjoyed this one.

This was an amazing audiobook! The narration was amazing with an equally amazing storyline and romance! I always love reading cute sports romances where both protagonists try to convince each other they are worthy of love while not believing it themselves! I do realise how mushy that sounds, but it is totally true (and I feel like I can say that because of the other types of books I read)! The minute I read the blurb to this book I knew I wanted to read it, and when I saw the two narrators I knew that I definitely wanted to listen to it as an audiobook! I would definitely recommend this book, and while it does say it's the second book in the series, it can definitely be read as a standalone! I just know you're going to love this! Enjoy!

Always love Kennedy and Bowen. Their stories are escapism in its purest form. Also love Jacob Morgan’s narration - he doesn’t just read the story but “acts” it. Makes a HUGE difference. Lucy Rivers is also one of the better female narrators I’ve listened too. Will be reading/listening to this book again.

I loved this audio. The story concept was great, not to mention I always enjoy hockey books. I really liked the main characters and it was fun to listen to this story playing out. The narrators really brought this to life well, and I just really enjoyed everything about this. Would love to get more from this world by Sarina and Elle. Definitely recommend.

loved it! this book is hilarious and wow to Jacob Morgan's narration in this book! he litterally made Matt come to life, like you were actually in his head!

great story line, great ending. totally hilarious and beyond romantic. I have listened it to twice now and definitely will come back to it again!

I found this to be more funny than I expected. It was definitely more during Matt's chapters. But it was the delivery from the narrator that made it. The female narrator was good. Sometimes when she would do the male voices, her speech would slow too much that made it annoying but otherwise good narration.
Decent storyline too, and I enjoyed the parallel storyline between Hayley and Jackson.

A great story with zero angst and funny banter between Halley and Matt. I really liked the camaraderie between the team players and Matt’s two daughters were delightful! Having said that, for me, I didn’t think there was anything really special about this story though. Sure it was sweet and fun but it just lacked the oomph factor. I loved the narrators Jacob Morgan and Lucy Rivers for this audiobook.

Hockey fun!

A sweet and easy listening story for this genre. Jacob Morgan killed it but the male voices and pronunciation of 'both' as 'bolth' marred the female narrators chapters a bit.
Now the gripe:

The first time they sleep with each other, Hailey mentions she can't come from just sex. Matt refuses to believe this and insists that he can make her orgasm. There is even mention that 'some women can't orgasm from sex alone, but he doesn't think Hailey is one of them'.

This is such an unhealthy relationship with sex to promote and I was disappointed with the writing in this scene. It could have been so much more.

I absolutely understand that it's common in this genre to have mind-bending orgasms every damn time (which is fantasy, but who cares).

It was just the fact that not coming during sex was brought up and clearly articulated, then blatantly and immediately rejected as an option. I think this is wrong and a harmful narrative to promote. Sex is about more than chasing orgasms. You 👏 don't 👏 need 👏 to 👏 come 👏 every 👏 time 👏.

Overall, this was a great book. There were so many endearing characters and plenty of classic banter.
