I’m really loving this shifter series! I’m so invested in seeing what happens next. I love the characters and the jam packed storyline with all its twists and turns. This series keeps you engaged from start to finish.

I love Ayla and how far she’s come since the first book. Her strength in resisting the mate bond and falling for the alpha of the outcast pack is delicious. Kaden is fierce, protective, and would do anything for his pack. He comes off as a hard ass but I am absolutely feral for it.

Lastly the audiobook is brilliant. Love the immersive experience as I read along on my kindle. I don’t want to give too much away, but just know there were a few moments that had my jaw on the floor. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

Fantastic Storyline, Plot and Romance

I was hooked after the first book and this one didn't disappoint either.
Being captive, watching her fight her bond, finding out what was going on there - waiting for Kaden to save the day ... it was all a great time.
I love all the pack characters, they bring a lot of brotherly fun to the mix and it has been a very enjoyable series to read so far.

Again I found the story an easy listen. There is a good foundation for a really great series. But to be honest, whilst the story is good overall and the sex scenes easy to listen to I got rather fed up with these constant themes. I get that they are part animal but I found the story would have been better if there was more depth rather than more sex. Much is not necessarily more. That’s my view but I guess that will not be the view of many. I want character and story depth. I’ll get the next book in the hope that it gets better. Narration was very good.
