Breath, Smile.

The last piece of advice in this book is “Breath, Smile; and yes I used this strategy prior to my ice breaker speech at Toastmasters last week. It worked.

The book is obviously more than two words. Mike gives great guidance on what are the strategies we, the readers, can put into practice to help us reach our goals. (Public speaking)

Mike gives sound advice backed with real life experiences to guid the reader to a realization that if you at least try what is suggested you’ll do well. It won’t happen overnight but it will happen.

Thanks Mike Acker, this book has started me on a journey of self improvement not only in public speaking but life in general.

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their ability in the public arena.

Good Public Speaking Tips

In this nice short book you get a useful summary of public speaking tips. Worth a read for both people new to public speaking, and refreshing their knowledge. There was a few moments of self-promotion by the author that was quite jarring and really took away from the book. I don't buy books to listen to advertisements.
