Die Verhörprotokolle, auf denen auch das "Sophie Scholl"-Drehbuch von Fred Breinersdorfer basiert, galten lange Zeit als verschollen. Sie tauchten erst bei der Öffnung der DDR-Archive auf. Die Stasi hatte sie unter Verschluss gehalten, vermutlich um den bürgerlichchristlichen Widerstand herunterzuspielen.
