Juli 1904 in Edlach, Gemeinde Reichenau an der Rax, Niederösterreich), war ein österreichischer Schriftsteller, Publizist, Journalist und zionistischer Politiker. Seine hebräischen Vornamen waren Binyamin Ze'ev. Er schrieb 1896 anlässlich antisemitischer Tendenzen in Paris sein Buch Der Judenstaat, das wesentlich zur Gründung des modernen Staates Israel im Jahr 1948 beitrug.
