Yes I'd love to live to 100.

Great narration, some good light hearted and interesting stories, and content. I do feel like for all the content and discovery the tangible takeaways were less summed up to put into action. Worth a listen and may do a relisten to see if something lands better the second go.

A helpful reminder for happy and healthy living

If you've followed Dr Norman Swan for any length of time you may already be familiar with his style of informative musings, which he brings to this book. A lot of stuff you may already know (e.g. "don't smoke plants") but mostly comes through as a helpful reminder for living well.
