MUST "READ"

Usually I shy away from titles narrated by the author. This book is an exception. A truly enjoyable 9 hours of listening that is practical, non preachy, non judgemental and informative, and evidenced based. Recommend to anyone for a great listen and learn.

Good information but dry

Great information but lots of it and a bit dry/not easy to take what I need from it. Good if you were writing an essay on this subject maybe

A great read

A great book to refer to if you are interested in health. Dr Norman Swan (in my opinion) is a trusted source and this book covers off on all issues relating to physical and mental health. And Norman narrates it as well!!!

Objective & Balanced

Informative, well considered & enjoyably delivered. A welcomed, and much needed, entry into the an otherwise convoluted topic. Thanks Dr. Swan!
