You want the pack to be large enough to cover your back.Once you have your fabric cut out, you will need to fold it in half length wise. This will make it nice and long.Then you will need to fold it in half again. You will then want to fold it in half again. Keep folding it in half until it is nice and thick. You should then have a fabric pack which is big enough to cover your back.You will then want to decide how you are going to make it hold of water. Most fabrics will hold water when soaked. For this pack, you will need to soak it in water first. You can do this by taking a freshly washed cloth and soaking it in a bucket of water.Then you will need to put your fabric pack into the damp cloth. You will then need to squeeze the water out of the fabric.Once you have squeezed the water out, you will need to put the pack onto your body.
