love the story and humour
Narration 🗣️ duet. (loved it)
spicy parts 🌶️🌶️🌶️
if you liked sinner's retreat, then you'll love slay ride.
this book is plot forward, it has decent spicy parts, serial killers and mayhem. be prepared to laugh out loud and look deranged it you are listening to the audio book in public or at work.
I hope there's going to be another book after this one.

I won’t ever be able to look at a turkey the same
This book was so filthy… and I freaking loved every second of it! Oh my gosh Lauren really said “let’s get dirty” and absolutely delivered. I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever be able to look at a turkey the same way again after that chapter. You’ll know it when you get there. 😳
Bennett completely pulled on my heartstrings this man was really going through it, and I felt for him so hard. And while he was suffering, there were definitely a lot of side characters testing my patience some of them had me ready to throw my Kindle Cat, though? I loved her. She was such a fun, chaotic force of energy and paired with all the tension between her and Bennett? I absolutely ate it up. Their chemistry was off the charts, and the spice? Like I said FILTHY, in the best way possible. Also, the audiobook? Top tier. Sean Masters and Alexis Page completely nailed their performances, and the other narrators voicing side characters really added to the experience. Overall, Slay Ride was wild, spicy, emotional, and totally unhinged in all the best ways.
