Great tasty recipes

Just started my Sirt diet this week. Never really followed a diet before, as I very rarely found anything in them that I liked to eat. However, this diet has a lot of recipes that I like and are easy to make.

Paperback Sirtfood diet recipe book

I bought this as I follow the Sirtfood plan and I wanted to have a paper copy of the recipes, I like that it covers more than just the recipes and has plenty of useful information in!

Terrific!

A true gem

This work is a real gem amongst stones. I was recommended this audiobook by my best friend so that we could try out the sirtfood diet together, and so far, it has worked wonders! A godsend

Kate Hamilton’s audiobook is a godsend. My hubby and I have tried dieting together before, but it simply would not do anything. This diet has shown results after two months (we had slip-ups), and we could not be happier and healthier!
