Would have been better if they coupled the ebook with the audiobook
I feel as though this book doesn’t really belong as an audiobook, unless you’re precisely looking for somebody to read something out in Swedish and you just replay it and repeat it over and over, while doing all the research and googling yourself while listening to it. The accompanying PDF is definitely dialled-in, looks like it took about 5 minutes as an add on. I haven’t seen the physical book but I would imagine being able to see the words while listening to them would be a far superior way of studying.
Unfortunately in its current form, you’re just left asking ‘what does that mean?’ ‘What does this mean?’ And unless you’ve got external sources such as the ebook or a Swedish dictionary etc. then you’re wasting your audible credit. And you may as well just listen to any old material where Swedish is being spoken- on a podcast perhaps.
