Loved this story! A pretty innocent romance but the self discovery for both main characters was lovely

This was a funny one as I really liked Molly straight away but at first, I really didn't like the other main character, Alex as she was a really selfish, self-centred arse. BUT, this story is about the transformation of both of them into people who have the confidence in being wholly themselves and loving each other for the people they were, with that new boost in confidence.

The narrator was great, creating, in the end, really likeable, or not so likeable characters who each have their own personalities. I really recommend this one, I think i will buy more from this author.

BTW, this story really only involves kissing, it's not an erotica, it's not full of raunchy sex and all the better for it IMO as it wouldn't suit this book.

This is a very wholesome story, well written and easy to listen to/read. The characters are likeable and very cute ending.

This listen is a "coming of age" story. Our principle characters are Alex and Molly with both going through this change. Alex tries to be the great "fixer" and learns that she is only responsible for her own feelings and actions. Molly learns to overcome her own social anxiety and that (crush) fantasies rarely match up to reality.

Particularly, I liked the repartee between Alex and Molly and absolutely loved the witty inner monologue of Molly. However, that's not to say that the build and flow of the story weren't remarkable. It's the skilful way that it's encompassed in the dialogue that makes it such an enjoyable listen.

The individual character vocals were distinctive and in keeping with the narrative. Vocal expression is outstanding. A superb performance.

I immensely enjoyed listening to this story and look forward to repeat the experience.
