Worst narration ever!
Never written a review on here before but the narration on this book is so bad I had to. I’ve had to stop listening half way through the first chapter or Alexa would have gotten thrown through the window.
What a waste of money. Having read most of the reviews on this book they all complain about the narration. Please could someone else narrate this book? If I were the author I would be pretty annoyed at the comments.

No
How did the narrator detract from the book?
American accent, stilted delivery, very poor depiction of the story and, most of all very poor UK accents.

Spoilt story
I persevered to about a quarter way through but the narration completely spoilt it for me. It sounded automated, dreadful accents and the wrong age group for the characters. I’m going to try one more Alex King book as the stories are so gripping with great characters

Worst Narrator
I've listen to many audio books and this is the first time I've been compelled to leave a review... This is quite possible the worst narrator I've heard! I have no idea why he thought his stupid, stilted speech was necessary?! completely ruined the book for me, to the point that I had to stop after a few chapters. So disappointed.

Can't listen to that!
Not a good combination, using an American to read a story that uses English terminology. Leads to broken, mispronounced words being read by someone who sounds like they don't understand what they're reading. I gave up after chapter 2
