Book gives tremendous hope to overcome anxiety.

If you have panic attacks, this is the book for you. The author doesn't bog you down with the story of anxiety but cuts right to the pursuit. Best book that I've got on the subject.

Self-Mastery Bundle

This bundle is really very informative about Overcome Anxiety and quit the addiction to drinking alcohol. I know about this book from my friends, and I am very impressed with this book. I also recommend my friends to other people to listen to this book and know about these things.

Best bundle ever, thanks to the author.

Great bundle for almost everybody, especially who are trying to overcome
Anxiety Disorder,
End Depression,
Stop Panic Attacks,
Reduce Stress, and
Quit the Addiction to Drinking Alcohol Now. It is a bit repetitive, as similar principles repeat throughout the series. The repetition is good for re-enforcement.

Can’t listen

It sounds like a computer animated voice. The info might be great, I don’t know. I couldn’t even get through the first chapter because of the narration.

I feel my anxiety is something I can overcome.

I feel like my anxiety is something I can overcome now; additionally, it is ending depression, stop panic attacks, reduce stress, whereas, before this book, I felt hopeless.
It is definitely recommended!

Such a decent Therapy Book for beginners.

I enjoy mental books, and this is only possibly the best bundle I have tuned in to.
It's about essential standards of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It's incredible to overcome anxiety disorder, end depression, stop panic attacks, reduce stress, and quit the addiction to drinking alcohol now.

Change your life with help of this audible.

This book would be a primary tool supporting someone I know with their anxiety. It provided many practical tips, and you can apply to whatever section you need advice with the most.
Also, it has an excellent section on what to do while having a panic attack.

This book helped someone I know with anxiety

I am grateful to Laura Krueger, Andrews Canfield, for having created this audible. Sharing their knowledge with panic in such a knowledgeable and caring way has been able to give me a full view of this difficulty that I’ve been struggling with within my own life.

Such a knowledgeable and caring way

I cannot say rather about the dominant influence this book had and continues to have each day.
I somewhat disagree with his approach that it’s ‘just anxiety.’
I’m dealing with childhood trauma, and that strategy appears as if he’s ‘blowing off’ my panic and anxiety.

Understanding Panic and Anxiety

I haven't even finished this Self-Mastery Bundle, and I feel so strangely released already. The author does a fantastic job of making you feel human again and helping the listener to understand that they are not alone.
