Perfect level of detail Steps control body

I recommend this to everyone This was like a miracle for me. audit it and you’ll see what I mean. In the three months since audit it, I have lost 40 lbs, got much of my energy back, and my self-esteem has increased a lot. All other diets are a waste of your precious life. I wish I had audit this. The Weight Loss book you'll ever need

I have always believed the food pyramid. Forget about it. Listen this book and understand. At certain times it gets very suggestive and detailed and I really appreciated it, even for a nurse. But, it is well worth those few parts. After my numbers on the scale and bloodwork kept creeping up, my doctor recommended this book and In addition to working on my body, work on my mind.

Motivating and effective

This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. Systems won't be effective if they can't get you to take action, and this has the right kind of mind hacks to get you motivated and off the couch. I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

I'm really liking this audiobook. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet. Nice mind shift for starting to think about food in a healthy way and to actually want to exercise. Very impressive!

Great to improve attitude toward weight loss

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss. It is so relaxing

It is so relaxing and I have noticed that now I’m more aware of what I eat, I can control mu cravings and wish to eat more healthy. Before I wanted to loose in one week what I got in months. I love this book.

I love this. I've never done any sort of hypnotherapy but I think I've fallen in love. Now I don't worry about it

I used to obsess about what I was going to eat and when. Now I don't worry about it. I plan my meals out as I've always done, but I don't feel obsessive or like I'm constantly thinking about eating. This audiobook is a nice tool to add to your tool belt to aid in weight-loss. I'm still dieting and hitting the gym, but I like how this audiobook helped turned my thought patterns from negative food association to positive ones.

I love the narrators voice

I love the narrators voice. It's nice to listen too. For the most part I agree with what he said. Only one thing stood out I didn't really agree with and it was the ""I deserve"" which would mean on the flip side that I didn't deserve. Idk lol I'm a very heady person which is why I'm need of meditation. I have used this for only four nights, but I sleep great and I feel free during the day. Not thinking about food all day. Highly recommended!
