This audio book is great makes a great gift too. I have been wanting to start meditating and this is perfect. Walks me through step by step as well getting prepared.

I love that he offers some short meditations, so even if time is limited, mindful awareness is possible. The variety of his meditations is amazing! And these down to earth exercises help keep me mindful throughout the day. great audio-book !

A very useful guide audio-book !

Everything is great about this guided meditation for sleep, except for the wake up feature at the end. I was suffering from and had tried almost everything to get some peace and sleep at night. This guided meditation has changed my life. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Extremely extraordinary audio-book.

The best audio-book on meditation.

This audio-book provides a clear, practical guide to how to meditate with lots of different meditations and advice on how to practice them effectively. However, it is so much more than a guide to the techniques. It is an Important audio-book who Want to Practice
