Quick listten, lasting impact.

This book is short enough that I could read it in one sitting. This book was focused enough that it kept my attention. This book was practical enough that I have several suggestions I will use. This book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible.

Great insight about this subject

This guide is very helpful. It explains the self-discipline very well. The book teaches techniques on how to strengthen your willpower and also teaches things that you need to avoid. The author addresses the myth behind habit building and freedom, and gives actionable and very practical tips on how to change your life around. I would definitely recommend this book. A great listen for anyone who wants freedom.

Really excellent Book!!

Discipline is not about what you think you should do or what other people are doing or what other people are telling you to do, it’s about really connecting to what feels good to you and what you want for yourself, and then living in the space that is consciously working towards that. Really a great book. Thanks Writer !!

Well worth the money

This book is extremely simple and interesting.A valuable manual for self-control, giving bunches of exhortation on the best way to Build Confidence and become progressively gainful in your consistently life. It certainly is a key part of accomplishment. All chapters are clear and provide ideas that can be put to practice. It's a great primer on the subject but even if you have read books on the subject before this is a useful resource because it systematizes the fundamental concepts and ideas.

Wonderful listen for the beginner.

As someone who has struggled throughout their life, this book was a fantastic read for me personally. I used to be more ambitious when I was younger, and fell away from this when I began to have many life altering events occur in a short period of time. The guide to self diusviplinbe

I have read a lot of self help books, blogs and articles that focus on "how to" develop good habits that stick. While most of what I have read provides a few nuggets or good ideas that I can use for myself or share with others who I help as part of my job, none have impressed me enough to adopt the whole system. However, after reading The Self-Discipline Blueprint I feel that I have found that one system to help me to develop and sustain the habits I desire.

It really makes a change

His coaching helped me turn around a bad habit. What I really appreciate about his methods is that he breaks things down to fundamentals and strategies that make it easier to take on change. He also encourages incremental changes which make it harder to fail. This book follows that same approach; it is a fast listen and I especially like how he gives a quick summary at the end of each chapter along with action steps.

One of the best self discipline books out there

This book is a quick and easily digestible guide to self-discipline. It offers real world examples and facts that can be applicable to your own life and help you better understand the methods of self-discipline discussed. Learning guide

Concepts are explained well and for anyone to understand. This book provides actual helpful tools for conquering self sabotage and building real discipline. This book is well worth your time. Each chapter is detailed and then followed with a summary. So, if you want to relisten the highlights quickly, the summary of the main points is there. This book covers the subjects of sleep, movement, nutrition and mindfulness.

Thorough and powerful

This book is jam packed with useful information. I have all the tools now to make some much needed changes. I had listen another book on self-discipline and I found it overwhelming and too complicated. I assumed it was just over my head but this book had a lot of the same material but did a much better job at keeping my attention and explaining things better. I have thoroughly enjoyed listen this book! The beginning was a little slow to interest me but further in it gave very valuable and interesting advice on improving one's self.

Concise and to the point

This book gave me insight of what it takes to become a successful entrepreneur and why you should have a really good purpose if you want to keEp motivated as to acknowledge that in your journey you will find setbacks and how to keep your poise Some good tips, but overall there's a lot of "do this," "don't do this," but do what you like, as long as it's rock climbing. Why discourage bike commuting?? Or anything that someone who reads it might find enjoyable. I recommended this book every one. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very well written and easy to follow steps

Self Discipline is very important to each individual but only few are capable to control and be firm to their actions. Often times they lose their self discipline. This book is the perfect tool to improve your self discipline. It covers a lot of important aspects in attaining our goal to have a full control of ourselves.Ray Asprey did a great job in writing this book, it's simple, clear, realistic achievable and most all it's easy to understand. The title of my review says it all really. My eyes would get tired listen the constant barrage of advice on self-discipline written personally by the author from the looks of it. Paragraph after paragraph, I crawled through trying to take it all in but then I would forget some points too.

Great book for Self Discipline !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been searching for ways to develop will-power and this was one of the better books Ive listen on the topic. I decided to study this book because procrastination is my obvious disadvantage. Practical recommendations for achieving self-discipline have become useful to me. These tips help you overcome procrastination through everyday, recurring, rewarding actions. Initially, it looks like a routine, but after a few weeks, these actions become habit and do not present much difficulty. How to develop self-discipline is very challenging including sacrifice, this book helps motivate and inspire.
