Traci Stein is one of the very best.

She's wonderful and the woman really knows her stuff. I know I'll sound shallow saying this, but a person's voice and style, demeanor is important if they are leading guided meditations. They can't speak at too fast of a clip and their voice should be clear and soothing. Ms. Stein has those things and her scripts are top-notch. I'd prefer it if she had a body-scan sequence on every meditation but that's just a niggle. Her body-scans are top-rate, as well. If you utilize these meditations properly and do them every day, you need music that's not too intrusive, a kind, amiable speaker with a good script ---- Ms. Stein has all these elements.

The fear of negative release and being overwhelmed

I started out okay with a few positive self talk but then the more the self positive self talk continued I started to get overwhelmed, tears were coming down the check. I would like to make this a night routine and listen to be able to except more self talk as the days go bye.
