Suspense, scenic, mystery, feels

Liking the central character, i realise, is central to my enjoying the book. Its not a relaxing read. Its a little unlikely and persistently intense....not many lulls in the rhythm, and certainly no poetry..

It's been a while since a book made me cry this hard. A very suspenseful story with some very heartwrenching moments. I wish I could erase it from my mind and start over.

I disliked the main protagonist for the larger part of the book. But, as things became clearer towards the end, it affirmed that context is everything. A great read/listen.
