Critic Reviews

"Any fan of the Treehouse series will have spent hours inventing the storeys, contraptions and rooms that would be present in their own treehouses and Nat Amoore’s debut novel posits an equally enticing prospect: what would you do if you found a million dollars in your backyard?" (The Guardian)

Great story with broad appeal

Having read the paperback together last year, the kid and I were keen to see that this one was out on audio. The narration is nicely done and we found ourselves cheering Tess and Toby on with the same energy as if it was our first read. Humour, heart and adventure mean this will appeal across a broad age range (7 or 8 plus) - perfect for whole family road trips.
