After seven years of bitter war, the end has come at last for the conflict known infamously as the Horus Heresy. Terra now lies within the Warmaster’s sights, the Throneworld and the seat of his father’s rule. Ancient races which once ruled the galaxy, such as the aeldari and necrons, lurk in the darkness, awaiting their chance to reclaim what was once theirs. Younger races like the upstart T'au Empire grow in power and influence, ever eager to topple humanity and take their place. And across the galaxy, the savage orks wage brutal war, fighting all in their path simply for the joy of battle. Trazyn, a collector of historical oddities, presides over a gallery full of the most dangerous artefacts - and people - of the galactic past. Great Insight
Great Insight into the founding of many famous Eldar warriors. Story is well paced and not filled with alot of nonsense like in the Horus heresy, everything is relevant and interesting. Haven't heard Emma Gregory narrate before but she did a great job. Highly recommend this book.
