Ein weiterer Höhepunkt des Jahres ist die Aufnahme Deutschlands in den Völkerbund. Der Tiefpunkt aber ist das misslungene Plebiszit gegen die Entschädigungsforderungen der Adelshäuser. Mit gewohnt spitzer Feder werden auch 1926 Dummheiten, Lügen und Brutalitäten in der Gesellschaft der Weimarer Republik aufgespießt.
