5 Stars is not enough

OMG 5 stars is not enough for this book. Pretty much read in one sitting if work didn’t interrupt it would have been. This book is leading up to what I can only imagine is going to be the most amazing ending to Luca and Penny’s story.
It takes us back to Torian and fills in what happens when Cole meets with Luther. But it’s Penny’s and Luca’s story. It’s not a love story by any means, Penny is just to broken for it to be.
Penny has been through so much has seen so much that it will leave you wondering how this woman has even survived. The story will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat and just turning those pages to get answers.
Eden has written the story with great sensitivity to the whole situation of what Penny has been through and is still going through. And with Luca’s character she has placed great thought into how he approaches certain issues that are raised through out the story, with the right word choices in some of his scenes it turned a scene from what could have happened to what actually happens. The final chapter of this book saw Cole make a change that you don’t see coming.
I truly don’t think this story could have been written better.

Intense and Suspenseful!

Savior is the fourth book in the Hunting Her Series, a suspenseful Romantic Suspense. I love the cover! Luca and Penny's story is captivating! Penny is strong, beautiful, smart, caring, but extremely damaged. Luca is handsome, protective, supportive, and caring. The supporting characters are great. I love these Series with intertwined characters. The storyline is intense, captivating, and suspenseful. This isn't a story for the faint-hearted. Not at all! My heart was broken for Penny, her ''sisters'' in hell, and for the little Tobias. This story had me completely hooked from the first page to the end. Impossible to stop listening! and OMG! THAT ending!! I need the next book in the Series, ASAP! DC Cole and Laura Jennings did an outstanding job with the narration. DC Cole is already one of my favorite narrators. Laura Jennings is a new narrator to me. She has a great voice. They are both perfect as Luca and Penny. Looking forward to listen to more books written by Eden Summers, and read by DC Cole and Laura Jennings. I enjoyed it, and I HIGHLY recommend it!

RAW, EMOTIONAL, EXCEPTIONAL

Savior is a very emotionally charged story with a dark premise, however, rather than concentrating on the more disturbing aspects of the subject matter, the author has focused on the raw emotional intensity and behavioural ramifications of Penny's circumstance and touches on how devastating the inner conflict she struggles with due to her life under Luther Titian has had on her psyche.
Story is gripping and engrossing.
Narration very well done.
Excellent 5star Read & Listen

Love this series!

Penny. What an amazing character. Eden Summers takes us back to the island where Penny is with Luther. All the horror and fear still ringing in my ears, Summers dives in full force as we get Penny and Luca's story. I was taken in with Penny's strength and tenacity to do what it takes to stay alive and protect the other women. When Luca comes in, trust is difficult to give, but this persuasive, protective man may be the answer between life and death. With intensely, suspenseful scenes, I was pulled into the story and captivated by all the tragedy. I love the continuity of the series as we see Hunter, Decker and Torian as well as Cole. I absolutely loved this first part and it has left me wanting the rest! I will definitely be diving in soon.

DC Cole and Laura Jennings are our story tellers for this fantastic, romantic suspense. Cole comes through as Luca with such compassion and patience, yet always has that protective vibe to his voice. Jennings gives Penny a complexity that is so intuitive to her character, that you would think she is her. This team is bringing the series to life and I am loving it!

I thought this would be continuance to book 4

I thought this would be a continuance from Torrance and the FBI agent Alex’s. But it’s a book full of Penny acting like an idiot. You would think after all the time she was held and being abused, raped and tortured she would just want to go home. But the whole book is nothing but her arguing about everything. What a waste of a credit. Not one bit of romance. Or A continuance of where the last book ended. iI had to fast forward just to get through it. The other three books were intense drama and romance I enjoyed them all. Don’t know if I even want to try and listening to the next book if it has to do with Penny and her attitude even if she was a victim. They should’ve took her to a mental health unit to get her help ASAP. But I already purchased the book when I purchased this one. I think I’ll listen to another book and maybe come back to the last book in the series.

disappointed

was disappointed by this book after enjoying the box set of hunting her I felt strangely robbed by this fourth book as it just seemed to recap most of Cole's story and then also I found penny annoying and alittle unbearable at points. the narration was good which is probably how I managed to finish it but was hard work. sad as the hunting her box set 1-3 was really gripping.

Disapointing.

This is part of the ongoing saga, and whilst all of it is light weight listening at least the first four had progressed the story, This book added nothing to it. The plight and narrative by Penny could have been dealt with in a single chapter whilst the hysteria and doubts may happen in a real life situation this was overplayed and unecessary and actually damped down any sympathy I may have held for her. The concentration on her very much prevented any fleshing out of the male protaganist and left no feeling of depth.

I do have to speak about the narration, it was excellent as it has been for the series so far.
