Great Read

Hard to follow at first but if you persist it becomes a really good read with lots of twists and turns. The ending is unexpected.

Great story, but too mushy in parts.

Good, fast paced story but undermined by breathy and fluffy lead female role. I found her naïveté and downright stupidity at times extremely irritating, which ultimately impacted on the quality of the overall read for me.

Almost impossible

Where did they find this narrator? So difficult to listen to him. Smug and very mannered. Read the words and then listen to them here demonstrates how he clearly gets in the way of the story.

narrator not my cup of tea

Struggled to get into first time round, which I think was due to the narrator rather than storyline

Not OK

It’s not OK to have the hero of the story commit an horrific sexual assault and then have his victim fall in love with him the next day. Completely irresponsible subplot that ruined an otherwise passable story.
