About this listen
I knew this place held secrets, but I don't know if I'm ready for the truth.
I come to find that knowledge is both a blessing and a curse as I leave behind my sheltered imprisonment to embrace the hope for a future at Trinity Falls Academy. And yet with answers come more questions than I can possibly keep track of.
For the first time in my life, I'm prioritizing myself, a luxury I've never been able to embrace until now. But that selfishness introduces a new problem I never saw coming… a battle between what my mind needs and what my heart desires.
Distractions are something I can't afford, especially in the form of four irresistible wolves. My choices hang on the edge of the knife as the clock of the curse continues to tick.
I need to decide who I can trust—and more importantly, who I can't—or I'll never make it out alive.

Brilliant writing

Unfortunately, Savage Desire didn’t quite match the energy of book one. While plenty happens, the story sometimes spins its wheels instead of pushing the overarching plot forward. Things finally pick up in the last few chapters, but it’s a long, uneven journey to get there.
Lincoln remains infuriating in all the ways, while Wylder and Tatum absolutely steal the show with their chemistry and emotional depth. Polaris, however, tested my patience—her immaturity, constant blushing, and tendency to run from conflict made it hard to fully invest in her growth.
The highlight for me was the audiobook itself. Narrated in duet by Savannah Thomas and Devon Ryder, the performances are top-notch. Both narrators bring emotional nuance and personality to their characters, making even slower sections engaging and keeping the tension alive.
Keen’s Savage Six universe is still intriguing, and I’m hopeful book three will deliver the momentum this one lacked.
Strong Performances, But a Slower Ride
