Beim Tauchen im Walensee hat Berufsfischer Heinz Moser das Wrack eines 2000-jährigen Frachtschiffs entdeckt. Der Sensationsfund hat es in sich. Das Schiff transportierte nämlich amphorenweise römische Münzen. Und die wecken ganz unterschiedliche Begehrlichkeiten. Eines Nachts, kurz nach Ostern, schlägt ein Schatzräuber zu. Um an die Beute zu kommen, zerschlägt er sogar die antiken Gefäße. Die Unterwasserarchäologen sind verzweifelt und die Polizei ist ratlos. In dieser schwierigen Situation übernehmen die drei Jungdetektive aus Weesen und Amden Seraina, Oli und Simon, kurz: S.O.S., den Fall. Ob es ihnen gelingt, den Täter zu stoppen und das Wrack vor weiterer Verwüstung zu bewahren?
