About this listen

The fifth book in the whacky SOS HOTEL series...

Closed for gremlin extermination...

SOS HOTEL contains explicit language, situations, and content that some listeners may find uncomfortable. And gremlins.

The SOS Hotel has developed a gremlin infestation and a gloopy portal and the owners decide to tackle the problems with mixed results—this involves some robot dogs, some very angry vampires, and radically changed painting. Meanwhile, the time has come for Adam to reveal to trust his co-owner and lover, incubus demon Zee, with his big secrets. He’s already told their mutual love interest, vampire Lord Victor Reynard, who immediately checked out of the hotel and Adam doesn’t need any more rejection.

This episode felt disjoint at first, but it all came together towards the end when we see our three hoteliers turn into a formidable gang of heroes. They’ve all done brave things before but this is a whole-group adventure. It was satisfying to get the lowdown on Adam’s secret, see the guys all bond, and watch them tackle a deadly situation to rescue innocents. 🎧 I also enjoyed Zee’s constant posturing, sex jokes and banter with Adam and Victor—all ably channeled by voice artist Michael Lesley. If you enjoy the series, do yourself a favour and listen to his hilarious narrations!

From hoteliers to hugging heroes!
