Marie Birgitte Tetzlaff (f. 1954) er en dansk journalist, anmelder og forfatter.
Tetzlaff er uddannet cand.phil. i russiske litteratur. Efterfølgende arbejdede hun som underviser på Slavisk Institut frem til 1987. I 1988 blev hun ansat på Weekendavisen, hvor hendes hovedområde var Rusland, og i 1995 flyttede hun til Politiken.
Hun har desuden arbejdet som oversætter og konsulent for en række forlag, bl.a Lindhardt og Ringhof.
