Danielle Harris is the daughter of an overprotective police chief and has led a sheltered life. As a kindergarten teacher, she’s as far removed from the world of Harleys and bikers as you could get, but when she’s rescued by the sexy and dangerous Austin Carver, her life is changed forever.

Although Austin "Booker" Carver is enamored by the innocent Dani, he tries to keep the police chief’s daughter at arm’s length. But when a threat is made from an unexpected source, he finds himself falling hard and fast for the only woman who can tame his wild heart.

Will Booker be able to find the source of the threat before it’s too late? Will Dani finally give her heart to a man who’s everything she’s been warned about?

VT. FAN

I have all of Piper and Jack Davenport books and highly recommend. I do Not recommend the audio books if they continue to narrate them. That was a huge mistake on their part. The narration is AWFUL.and destroyed the story line. I do recommend that you get their books though. I do hope that they do not narrate anymore of their books.

It wasnt bad but the narration needs help

I typically enjoy this author I have noticed that she Is a little fast pace but I don't mind because it's a quick read. the one thing I have to say about this is the narration. I dont think her husband did a bad job. She also didnt do awful I've heard worse. However, if you want to narrate your own book go for it. At least make sure you are doing it well. There was no different tones in her voice for when the main hero was talking to someone else. Her voice was slightly aggravating because she kept doing the whole extremely bubbly voice, but that didnt bug me to much it was mainly I couldn't tell who was talking if the hero was talking to someone. If she works on that I think she would improve greatly on the narration side of things.

Enjoyed it

I read the book so I knew the story. But I really enjoyed the audio! I laughed out loud at Dani and Booker's banter. The story is cute, has sweet moments and a little action, which I love. I thought Piper and Jack did a good job of narrating the story. I would definitely buy other audios from them.

Awesome

OMG, this is brilliant, I love the Dogs and have purchased all the series and so imagine how excited I am to be able to listen to it too, Piper and Jack have done a wonderful job narrating and think they should do all the narration for their books in future. The expression they both put into the story is great and now whenever I read a story of theirs I will be able to imagine their voices, oh and Jack's southern twang is panty melting.
