Neuroplasticity allows you to transform yourself into a better or worse person based on what you want.

Then, there is EFT tapping (emotionally focused therapy) that is a treatment for physical pain and emotional distress and will help you to rewire your mind with easy methods and restore balance to your body’s energy.

Amazing Resource

Easy and sensible read. The initial anatomy and physiology explanation takes a bit more thought, but it is clear. It gives researched reasons why some of the old fashioned and easy to achieve suggestions have survived over time, and why they will work if put into practice.

Great One

This book won’t teach you exactly how to get over panic attacks, but it will definitely leave you with hope and an approach to DEFEATING them. It basically says “you have to communicate with the amygdala directly in order to change it”.....which is true! Great book....highly recommend!
