A very inspiring book.


Very eye-opening to how your brain works and what you should expect and do when you decide to change a habit. Not like other self-help books. It's more scientific and based on facts than merely trying to be positive and make you happy. But based on this knowledge you can be more efficient in changing the behaviors that you wish to change.

You will LOVE this book

I enjoy listening to this when worrying thoughts come at me. It just short circuits the thoughts and I feel better so it's helpful. I play it the car when I am with my grandchildren. very good results.
