I really like this book, has been listening to this book for over 5 times already (i am not native English speaker). Thank to the book i know which path i should take for the restaurant i work for. Which ones need to be focused on. And how we lost a lot of money for bullshit marketing strategy and website which bring nothing to the restaurant. A a far as content, it’s quite good. I’d even go as far as to recommend a listen, but the as narrator stumbles his way through the chapters, trips over words and even receives emails (yes, if you listen closely you can hear the outlook email chime regularly), you begin to wish the narrator took his job seriously.
