Publisher's Summary
Cocky and self-assured, I’m confident when it comes to my skills both on stage and in the bedroom. Everything in my life is perfect, even if I am the last single man standing in our famed rock band.
But it wasn’t always this way.
Jayla knew me before I hit it big. Back when I was a skinny teen, chasing dreams without a penny to my name. Now she’s back in my life and so much more than the girl I remember. Fiercely loyal. Beautiful and badass. She walked out of my life before, and I won’t let that happen again.
They say some songs are better on the second take, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, this is our time for a replay.

Ms Shea started book 1 and 2 with good character base and a comfortable depth of difficult topics. but then the series spiralled for me. the characters introduced where too young and the established characters were not portrayed in their best light..
Austin's story makes me want to slap him, especially with some of his stupid ideas. I really thought jayla would but she folds which I think demeans her character, especially because of all the tenuous topics thrown into this story.
there are loose ends that i feel could have been written with more depth instead of trying to cover the breadth of topics she placed in this book. plus I don't think Austin was the right 3UG to take these topics on. his personality doesn't mesh and asks for more depth of story which cannot be written as it goes against the typecast Austin has been set into.
this series started well but fizzled with depth. the epilogue was a nice touch though. HEA his what it's all about right?
